Excellent location
Bar was poorly serviced
We really liked the hotel and first we had a large room.
second time we stayed there we stayed in a small room and it was too noisy from outside during the night.
The only disappointment was the bartender at Vault Bar, who was noticeably impolite and unprofessional. At a hotel of this standard, hospitality should be consistent in every corner
It is centrally located within walking distance of the pedestrian/restaurant streets of the historic city center,, the interior lobby is stunning, the room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is way overpriced at $25 per person. But there’s a coffee shop right across the street where you can get a nice cup of coffee and some breakfast for a lot less.Read more
Fantastic boutique hotel. Was originally a bank. Comfortable rooms, pleasant staff and well located for visiting the old town, bars and restaurants. Has a spa and fun cocktail bar in vault. Had a great stay with friends.

Amazing hotel in Bucharest. We loved the building, rooms and common areas, spa, bar etc. Breakfast was very good as well although we did have better breakfasts in other places. The staff was mostly very friendly and accommodating.
Having kids in the spa was not the best as it is an area to relax bit I understand if families want to use the area, too. The drinks etc are pretty pricey. If you don't want to pay the premium there is plenty of choice just around the corner.

Lovely, well maintained hotel. Manages to blend modern comforts in a traditional and classic building. Staff very attentive and pleasant and happy to respond to inquiries in or out of the hotel. Spa nice, gym well equipped and clean. Rooms feel spacious, great pillows and very high quality linens. Wonderful breakfast with terrific variety to satisfy any palate including an omelete to order station...

Beautiful building and rooms were finished to a. Good standard
The buildings opposite the main entrance were quite derelict looking. Out of the hotels control really by coming out of a pretty foyer to that view does spoil the experience slightly. The staff in the vault were also pretty rude.
