Everything about this place was great
I loved everything about it the only problem was I wish I could have had a lower floor so I could really enjoy the balcony but other then that it was beautiful me and my husband had a great stay will definitely come agine
The staff was amazing. Matt at the front desk was so nice, and did everything to make us feel at home.
That we had to leave

The room was set up nice and the balcony is great.
The room was FREEZING cold, I asked for an extra blanket but no one ever brought them up. The room was so cold the one blanket and sheet spread was still not enough.
Comfortable rooms
No ice in the refrigerator and no ice trays. No handrails in shower.
- Walking distance to Mt. Sinai (slightly less than a mile, and the walk is literally uphill both ways, but the walk TO the hospital is a bit more taxing) - Pet-friendly, though I didn’t bring one - Great staff who get to know you by name - On-site laundry room - 5 minute walk from 2 groceries - Kitchens
- Carpets are a little stained (makes sense - they’re dog-friendly), but they are clean - Had to purchase pot holders to use the oven
Location next to subway station. Very spacious rooms for NYC.
Older style rooms have creaking floor. There was a rat in the room first night which we caught by upending a waste bin over it and got housekeeping to remove. Roller bed not very comfortable.
I love the fact that the kitchen in the apartment is completely furnished, the location is great!
The room was not very clean... there were stains on the couch and many on the windows. The shower head in the bathroom was very uncomfortable to use!
The facilities are great.
Everything was fine until I tried to leave at 630 am. No one was there to help get a cab. They offered a "car" at $60 exactly twice the usual cabfare to laguardia and suggested an uber or that I go with my giant suitcase in sub zero weather out to flag one down. When you pay over $300 a night for a room in the upper east side you expect the normal services and staffing from a hotel.
You can open the windows, although need muscle
Too hot and difficult to turn off the heat
