The Staff are all friendly and helpful and very cheerful 😊 The location is close to Firenze SMN station, the Duomo Cathedral and Central Market.
The only issue is the aircon, it was noisy.

Excellent staff, very good location, ( not that anything is far in Florence) adequate but not overgenerous breakfast albeit served by excellent and friendly staff…great cappuccino every morning.!!! Overpriced- but this is Florence. Beds and pillows far too hard for us. Very close to station.

A well made bed, great lighting in the room, great breakfast for an excellent value (loved the super wide chairs in the restaurant), all the electronic controls in the room. Cloth napkins for the breakfast. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. A short accessible (important when hauling a suitcase) walk to the train station and the tram to the airport
Room a bit tight in space. Lobby could use some air freshener as well as the hallways. don't have tons of laundry bags sitting in the hallways for hours. Address the exhaust fumes from the kitchen that make it to the first floor elevator landing (bacon smell in the morning)

This hotel was in the perfect location! Less than 5 minute walk to the train station and tram stop. Also 15-20 from the other side of the city. The staff were absolutely phenomenal. From arrival to departure, they ensured we were comfortable and helped with anything we needed. Location was perfect near the market and train station. Breakfast was good and the rooms were large and comfortable.
The lights were tricky to figure out.
Top Location... the staff was amazing, from reception to room cleaning staff, all very friendly everytime of the day
Worst breakfast ever... pastry tasted as if it was previous day everyday throughout 7 days... the cake slices were dry hard telling it was clearly from previous day... breakfast area extremelly small... no kitchen ... not even fried eggs one can get in the morning, albeit omolete!!! No room service for food... terrible for a 4 star hotel
