Really well situated in the town

The location was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and the decor was beautiful. Personnel were also great.
We love staying here when in town. It was more expensive than it usually is for some reason.
Everything is super nice! I come here a lot, in the middle of Groningen

I was disappointed that the gym and health facilities were not available and under repair and no adjustment to the tariff was made.
Facilities were not available to us - wellness/fitness/restaurant due to recent fire damage but we in no way felt our stay was impacted by this event. Breakfast was provided in a nearby restaurant right next to hotel and it was fabulous!! And the beds were so comfortable, pillows too!

I stayed at this hotel twice in the past specially because they have a wonderful restaurant and they served equally good breakfast. However, this time we only got to know that the restaurant was closed due to a fire when we arrived at the hotel. Even the previous night was an incident and couldn’t serve the breakfast at the hotel the next morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast at a place next to the hotel. The staff was so friendly and willing to help snd assist at all times The rooms are very nice and clean We had a really nice stay and of course we will choose again this hotel on our next visit
Need a door for the bathroom if you share a room with a friend
We were warned in advance that a fire in the hotel meant several of the facilities, including the restaurant, were unavailable. Breakfast was served almost next door in another restaurant and it was a very good breakfast- marred only on the first morning by some chaos caused by a broken coffee machine. There was a kettle and a fridge in the room and I asked for some milk ( being English) for our tea. The staff member I spoke to behaved as if I’d asked for the blood of a baby 😂 luckily, the concierge in the evening was rather more helpful and fetched me a whole litre very cheerfullyRead more
