Pros (+) Amazing hotel.Amazing pool.Amazing staff.Room was very clean and large.Luckily they have eggs/omlette baker shef for breakfast otherwise we will go hungry.All menue( breakfast and dinner) is orientated for local and Chinese tourists.Nothing to eat for Europeans unless you like Chinese food. But there is massive shopping centre close by and European bistro with ood menue for us just before that cen...
Cons (-) Saw 3 rats around pool are.Also few big cockroaches but I know these pests are massive problem in tropics.Main thing is NO cockroaches insidd.keep doors closed ALL the time.Sure tons of mosquitoes bit us inside room.get Cirtronela or some essential oil to deter mosquitoes. No European dinner menue was main minus in rating.i would give 10 if they have food for us despite rats and cockroaches.

Pros (+) It's right next to shopping mall Central. Goos food court and restaurants choices nside the shopping mall.
Cons (-) The bed was SO hard that I woke up in the middle of the night with very sore backache. We had connecting rooms , one with double bed (super hard bed) and one room with two single beds. The single beds were normal , and I had to squeez into my child's bed to sleep the rest of the nights.

Hotel is well equipped, clean and modern. Pool is rather small but ok, breakfasts are superb with various options. Staff is so so helpful and friendly. It’s something really exeptional. About 7 mins from the city center.
