Pros (+) The rooms are very clean and modernized. The location is pretty easy to access and the hotel itself is beautiful.
Cons (-) Staff and communication. Right off the bat, it didn't seem like the staff are friendly. They do a forced smile but no small talk or in depth answers. I booked through booking and didn't see an option to add breakfast. The next morning, the lady at the cafe suggests I go over to the front desk to have breakfast added. Cons (-) I was charged an extra daily resort rate that was not disclosed before hand for a non existent resort. Also noisy Bridal convention and not very clean rooms and corridors. The hotel is showing it's age.
