Great location, Beautiful location.
Just a word for people with mobility concerns, as I am. There is no elevator and the tub is difficult to use. You have to carry your luggage z2 blocks as is on pedestrian zomly street. Breakfast staff could be friendlier. There are steps again and I tried to balance a plate of food while using a cane and trying for handrail. Young woman just stood and watched me. Nice room and clean. good breakfast. A very good Italian restorant at the hotel. Stuff is very friendly and helpful good location
No elevator in the building. Not possible to reach the entrance by car

Lovely Girl on reception when we arrived. Very polite and friendly, and helpful Lovely room.
The breakfast staff clearly didn't want to be there, which was evident in their service and it was lacking in options. What was available was nice. The restaurant in the hotel for dinner was closed due to Easter we were not aware of this until arrival. Parking is available, but it is not onsite. It's roughly 2 blocks away across the main road.

No lift. 80 winding high steps each time to reach my room. [ At least the Staff take up/bring down the Luggage] Free toiletries non existent. Bathtub has a height of approx 18 inches = not ideal for a Senior. Breakfast repetitive for 5 straight days.

We were upgraded (I assume because we arrived at midnight) from Mansion Deluxe to Premium Mansion Deluxe - ZEN room. As far as I understand, the main difference is the room size (35 m2 instead of 25 m2) and the second floor instead of the third. All rooms are on the second or third floor (see attached map). We knew this so this is just a reminder for other people: the hotel is located in a pedestrian area so it is about 100 meters from the taxi/bus stop to the hotel (for us it was not a problem). Everything was excellent, but the breakfast could be improved and diversified more.
The staff was very nice and the room had a very interesting design
During the night and the early morning it was a little bit loud, I could hear the lady mopping the floor downstairs.
