What a stay! Insane views, really cosy walk at the river right next to the hotel and walking distance from Canmore shopping area without the crowd at the hotel neighbourhood..Food and service was perfect, accomodation is as good as new and very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this as your perfect stay in Banff region!
The location was fantastic with stunning views, both out our room window and over the pool. It was great to have free parking and be able to walk all of our Canmore. The concierge Danielle was instrumental in helping us plan our days and really listen to the kinds of things we wanted to do. Loved the super soft robes and the good coffee in our room.

It is a good looking property, well maintained and has great attentive staff. We used the complimentary bikes to cruise around Canmore parks and down by the Bow River. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi was a nice feature we enjoyed. There is also an onsite concierge who you can walk right up up to in the lobby and ask questions of and even purchase tickets to things from. They have nepresso machines in...

Everything was first class! From the food to the staff to the facilities!
Great location. Room was spacious and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the pool with the views of the mountains.
Room did not get serviced till late in the afternoons - but that’s a small point overall
We loved the room layout. The bed was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were easily accessible and had amazing views! The restaurant on the main floor was so delicious and readily available. Excellent hotel compared to Banff. All the staff were very helpful. The location was excellent. The restaurant was excellent - have the King's feast (3 course option is plenty).
Could hear faint footsteps of people on floor above. Pool was average. A/C took a long time to alter temperature.

The Stirling restaurant was excellent. The food and service were both outstanding.
The room felt a bit cramped, and the pillows were very uncomfortable, overly firm and overly full for my preference. Charging my phone by the bed was also inconvenient, as the outlet was low to the ground and hard to access (see photo). There are more comfortable hotel options in the area.
Location. Well appointed. Parking convenient. Staff pleasant.
Room was a bit small but ok for 2 nights. Didn’t use F&B so can’t comment but it’s not really obvious in hotel hence not in any way tempting. Price is competitive for that time of year.
