Bed was dirty shower was dirty and the people helping with the the bags and the cars are very racy and I didn’t have a tablet in my room but all the other did on my floor so yes I’m a black women and felt some kinda of way about my overall experience
Beautiful hotel in a great location. Close to downtown and everything that has to offer. Friendly and helpful staff who were extra professional
At a premium rate I had hoped for a bigger tub in the bathroom which was definitely big enough to accommodate it. I also thought parking would be free and perhaps breakfast included for the price paid.

Perfect location everything we needed was within walking distance. Wonderful staff very professional, friendly and all seemed happy to work there. Beautiful , serene area.

The bed was amazing.
I didn't like that the shower curtain liner was dirty (they sent someone to clean it while I was out but it still looked nasty when I got back) and that the curtains in the room were barely functioning and starting to come down. There’s nothing bad at all.
The property was incredible and the room was far nicer than expected. There was an incredible rooftop bar and dining venue. Everything was clean. It was quiet when it was supposed to be. I cannot say enough..they even provided bath bombs and salts for the soaker tub in the room upon request. There was a complimentary driver to drive guests to surrounding attractions..a total wow experience
I liked everything
Room and bed very comfortable. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast for two our first stay as well as the complimentary shuttle to get to/from nearby spaces. Dining options on site with late hours was also very helpful. Most employees were very pleasant and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.
I was a little worried about the proximity to the highway re noise, but it didn't bother sleep. Nespresso machine did not work well. Preferred to hot waters for tea in the lobby.
