The breakfast is good but we wish they change up the menu a bit daily. Great location, people watching from the balcony without getting wet while raining outside
the mattress and the pillows aren't that comfortable. it is a bit difficult to find the entrance of the hotel in the beginning because uber cannot access to the main lobby from the direction of the google map. We have to drag the luggages around the block and finally found the door from the main street but it isn't the main entrance, but we got it after all.

Spa and gym were closed (alternative hotel was 15-20 minutes walk. The shower was unusually small for a hotel of this caliber.
Very friendly and professional staff, the Hotel is in a great location directly on a main street, but good isolated not to be disturbed in the night from the outside noise. We loved the room and the breakfast. A plus also the stunning rooftop where you can have great cocktails. We would definitely raccomend this place.

Staff was so nice and helpful, gave the kids a gift, we got upgraded into a penthouse house. Location was nice, although we had to go uphill but close to everything. Clean hotel.
Location is good, however cars can’t come in the road infront of the hotel without permissions. wish we knew earlier, we had to drag our bags up hill. Wasn’t that great selection in the Breakfast menu. I would rather explore other options outside.
The hotel is in a great location and the rooms and facilities are excellent. The staff are some of the most friendly and helpful that you will find, and are certainly a credit to the hotel. We stayed for a week as part of our 40th wedding anniversary celebrations, and the staff made sure it was an anniversary to remember.

Great location, wonderful roof terrace on the top floor restaurant,good sized well designed attractive room, impeccable team that could not be more helpful or friendly. I would recommend and come again.
I wish I was informed upon reservation that the spa was closed as this was one of the reasons that I chose this hotel. I was invited to use the spa at their other property which was 15mins walk away.
