Brilliant location for exploring lower Manhattan and Brooklyn but also easy to get into Mid town, Central Park etc. Staff were very friendly and even though there were lots of people staying it felt so relaxed and we loved chilling out by the fire with drinks. The rooms were so comfortable and had everything you needed. Would love to go back.

Gorgeous hotel in a perfect location to explore lower Manhattan and Brooklyn. The room was really comfortable and very clean. Staff were pleasant. I didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked nice.
Room service was outrageously expensive. I would think that if they reduced the price somewhat or didn’t charge both a delivery fee and 20% tip, more people would probably order. I certainly would have.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very chic and has a cool atmosphere.
It's a bit expensive, and also the neighborhood around, while vibrant, has way too many locos.

Perfect location on a bustling, very 'cool' street. The staff were incredibly attentive. We arrived very early in the morning and our room wasn't ready. The front desk staff offered us an alternative room for 1 night (which was a downgrade from the Skybox that we had booked) so we could check in there and then and get some sleep. Stylish beautiful clean comfortable with great staff

Service was excellent - room was ready early, housekeeping came everyday, & the hotel bar was fantastic as a nightcap.
The decor was beautiful, the staff were very friendly and accomodating, the facilities were amazing
This is probably a me issue but there was no shower door, only a half screen, therefore it was quite cold when showering due to a draft.
