Pros (+) the location is excellent and de room is very confortable.
Cons (-) The breakfast area is not good, it is very small and there are not enough tables, there is nowhere to sit and for the price we paid, I expected better service

Pros (+) The rooms and surrounding areas were beautifully done, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the delicious complementary breakfast, the thirst quenching lemonade that was put out every day, and the staff's excellent attention to detail (down to the handwritten greeting cards in our room).

Pros (+) Breakfast was excellent, great variety. Loved all the extra touches including the free snacks and beverages. Room was immaculate and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.
Cons (-) The rooftop terrace, while really lovely with great views, could really do with a bar service to liven things up a bit.

Pros (+) Loved everything; the beautifully appointed rooms, the location in the historic district, the friendly staff, the free cocktails between 5-6, the roof top bar. A beautiful hotel, we wished we could have stayed longer.

Pros (+) A really beautiful and elegant hotel. Located in a prime location of Charleston in the French Quarter. The room was spacious. The bed luxurious, as was the bathroom.
Cons (-) The lobby was really busy and noisy when we arrived in the evening, we had to check in standing. Breakfast was included but not the best.
