Pros (+) The location was very good.
Cons (-) Everywhere was very dark including the restaurant. It was hard to read the menu. The lifts were very dark. Not enough bright lights in the room if needed.

Pros (+) The design is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. If you choose a loft or higher, the bathrooms usually have showers and toilets, the lighting is great, and the beds are comfortable.
Cons (-) I didn't like that I asked for a room with an e-bidet/shower toilet and picked the room category that had it, but it wasn't provided. Unfortunately, my schedule was pretty busy, so I couldn't ask for a room change. But it would have been great if they had responded to my request from the beginning, as always.
