Pros (+) This is a fantastic place to see and stay!! The staff is the best I have ever been around!! I can’t tell you every one because every single person was the best!! And the attention to detail goes far beyond one’s expectations.

Pros (+) it is a beautiful location with everything kept clean and beautiful. Extra touches like butler service, cookies and milk brought to your room at night, rose petal bath drawn by butler, complimentary BMW use at resort properties made it extra special

Pros (+) breakfast in the room was special... staff worked extract hard to make sure we had a place to eat at the Colt and Alison
Cons (-) never a fan of additional parking fees but this has become the norm at many locations. Just gives you the impression every cent counts in their profit spread sheet.......

Pros (+) Everything about our stay was wonderful…except the food. The restaurants at Sea Island Resort appear to have been affected by Covid in ways similar to many other restaurants. We consistently felt that we overpaid for the quality and execution of the meals that we ordered.

Pros (+) The grounds and facilities were amazing. The pools, spa and fitness center are incredible. The staff is super friendly.
Cons (-) We were extremely disappointed with the foodservice. The menus were not to our liking and it felt as though local members were treated better than hotel guests. The shuttle service between the lodge and main hotel is terrible. Thankfully we had our own vehicle to get back and forth.

Pros (+) The food at the Oak Room was definitely 5 star! Lots of activities at the sister property, The Cloister.
Cons (-) The room was large and view was amazing, but the bed had a dip in it that hurt my back the 4 days I was tbere.
