Pros (+) Location is unbeatable and generally the service was amazing. They even unwound my wife’s hairdryers cable which was a mess - never before experienced something like that. Great snacks for free in the room. Quality breakfast.
Cons (-) Our room faced the street and it was a bit noisy with garbage trucks in the night. Also the water pressure could have been better.

Pros (+) Manager let us change our original room. We were above trash truck, gardener, delivery area, constant noise all hours of nite and day. Room we got after that nightmare was terrific. Very clean, spacious and above all…peaceful. Manager also sent up and bottle of champagne, a card and chocolate strawberries for our anniversary. That was extremely kind of him. He was great to work with and made thing...
Cons (-) Prices of the room, fluxuation from rates Tuesday and Wednesday to Thursday doubled. Didn’t like that there are no cancellations.

Pros (+) great location - very friendly valet and bell staff.. housekeeping is terrific.
Cons (-) concierge team was unhelpful and unfriendly. they warmly greeted some guests and completely ignored others. one gentleman from the concierge staff joined our elevator and stood looking at us until we arrived at the top floor when he rushed off ahead of us. nothing terribly egregious, just a noticeable lack of decent manners.
