The location of the apartment was very close to Jeronimos Monastery and to Belem Tower so we could easily walk to those places. The facilities were good: we had a kitchen to prepare our meals and a washing machine to refresh our clothes. The beds were confy and Gonçalo is a very responsive and helpful host.
We would have liked an iron in our apartment and no bugs in the bathroom. :P
Goncalo is a great host – he had great tips, and answers super fast to any request, whether it was late check out or where you can find the iron. The apartment is right in the heart of Belém in a great location, public transport is right outside the door, and sights are within walking distance. We had a fantastic time in Lisbon, and the Lisbon-Way Apartments played a role in that.
Maybe a bigger couch, but space is limited, and we could chill out on the bean bag and the smaller couch just fine.
Goncalo is an excellent communicator. Quick reponse on all questions, informative and helpful. Belem is a nice location in the Lisbon area with good public transport to the centre and to the beaches.

A bit noisy- the acustic insulation is less than ideal There are some additional fees that do not exist with hotels: cleaning (around 50 euros), tax (2 either/day) 100 euros deposit - you get back on the day you leave Booking.com's policy is not a good one in case of apparments

The loft apartment is quite noisy. You can hear all the trains passing. The street was under maintenance. There is a big building under construction just behind the house. All this causes much noise. There is no balcony. It is quite hot as well so you need the air conditioners during the hot days.Street parking is not easy to find a place may be becasue the street maintenance.
