Pros (+) Fatima from customer relations was fantastic and gave us a fabulous welcome. She went above and beyond to arrange flowers, cake and decorate our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Nothing was too much effort and she gave us a parting gift which was very much appreciated. A talented individual and a great asset to your hotel
