The property was well maintained.
I had booked the stay for 2 days but unfortunately had to cut it short due to emergency. It was booked through booking.com. When i asked the hotel that the dates were changed and it had to be billed accordingly they refused saying that there has been no “mails” from booking.com stating the change so they cannot do the same. Stay, food, amenities all were amazing. The room service we had shall be etched in our memories for a very long time for how amazing and well presented it was
The room size was a little smaller than the pictures

1. Upon arrival at reception, I saw and met another guest who happened to be a colleague being welcomed by the hotel staff by putting Tilak on the forehead. Nice gesture. But, they don't do it with all guests and are selective. Further, the lady at reception did not tell me about hotel wi-fi. Though, it was not really required as mobile data is used. Everything was just perfect
The location, the facade, the view from the window, the entire setup, and the staff. Ms. Prashansha's and Ms. Khushi's customer service was excellent. Also, the toiletries quality was very very Good.
The evening cultural show was too loud and made conversations in the coffee house impossible. one male staff member (whose name I don't know) in the morning during the breakfast was annoying continually and had np respect for the guest's privacy and peace of mind one expects from breakfast t9ime at a location like leela gandhinagar.
We recently stayed at The Leela Gandhinagar Hotel, hoping for a refreshing getaway, but the experience fell a bit short of expectations. The food was better, and the complimentary birthday cake was a lovely, thoughtful touch — thank you for making the day special! The toiletries were of good quality and the bed was bit comfy, which we appreciated after long days out.
However, the overall stay didn’t quite live up to what we expect from such highly rated hotels — especially for the price we paid. The room and hotel premises felt underwhelming and lacked the charm and comfort we were looking forward to. Besides the restaurants and the spa, there wasn't much else to explore or engage with inside the hotel. We were hoping for a more memorable and immersive experie...Read more

Excellent hospitality and good rooms with view.
Difficult for public transport especially rickshaw not allowed till lobby and only till car park. Uber drivers are reluctant for Leela s area??
