loved the location, the staff is amazing and food is exceptional
We are frequent guests to this hotel and this time though we were upgraded the room was not as expected, the bathroom mirror was with black patches and there were particles which kept falling from the ceiling! This room has to be refurbished for sure!
The hospitality is top notch
The bed was quite firm even after toppers I still woke up quite sore never had this happen at any hotel before.
The hotel is very contemporary, yet has a warmth to it. The staff are very sincere and well meaning. The mall alongside is extremely convenient. The food quality and variety (especially over breakfast) is very good with many choices. What does stand out for the property however, is the warm hospitality and its friendly staff.
The additional services can be far more responsive - in terms of speed and attentiveness. This includes the laundry and housekeeping services. While they are very good at what they do, their response times are much longer than we would have desired.
The staff were exceptional! The property is okay and we sought a luxury hotel close to the airport. It isnt as glamorous as is suggested and the shopping centre not that great but overall the staff makes up for it.
