Pros (+) Staff were very friendly, excellent location, great bar, great location
Cons (-) Half my TV channels didn't work and despite asking it to be fixed at the concierge desk, no action taken during my stay. On the second night - no turn down service and no I did not have 'do not disturb on'! Paint peeling on the walls in the bathroom! To be honest, for the nightly rate, I expected much much more from this hotel - very disappointed.
