Pros (+) This was our fourth time staying at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. We loved the location, the friendly and helpful staff, and the excellent facilities. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip in Shanghai.

Pros (+) I loved the location, the size of rooms, the wonderful staff from concierge to Executive Lounge staff led by Zoe. Nothing was too much trouble

Pros (+) Very nice hotel. Perfect location, especially if visiting Shanghai for the first time. The staff were lovely. Kind and helpful. Most spoke great English. I had club access so had a choice between two different areas for breakfast— that was a nice perk! I also love the cute pink London cab. Very nice gym.
Cons (-) The spa experience was mid. Not impressed with the locker room either.

Pros (+) Stunning hotel, with fabulous service, great location and awesome facilities. It’s really an 11/10. The swimming pool is next level.
