Pros (+) Beautiful hotel in an excellent location.
Cons (-) There is only one negative I can say about this hotel. The bed was not very comfortable. Otherwise the room was very clean, spacious, and beautiful. The level of service and staff excellence was so impressive that it overshadowed this one negative and I can honestly say our stay was a 10. Would definitely stay here again next time I am in Manhattan.

Cons (-) The hotel itself was lacking. The room and floor deco was dated. The lobby was tiny, there was nowhere to sit around the hotel and relax. There was one restaurant but nowhere else you could sit and have a few drinks really. Cons (-) I think it was a little over priced but honestly couldn’t fault the service The only thing which was disappointing was I never did receive a receipt of the break down but I believe it was more than what I was quoted in the first place
