Rooms don't have good ventilation and the price feels higher than the value. And hotel parking is $20 a night but isn't well advertised as part of the booking process or the listing. I visited the area during off peak season and I realistically could've parked my vehicle anywhere instead of paying for the parking fee, so charging that premium didn't seem necessary. Loved the location, the look and cleanliness of the hotel, size of the room, view from the room, and just overall the vibe of the hotel.
Gorgeous boutique hotel in perfect location. Accommodations were large, towels, pillows & beds super soft. Excellent customer service when needed. Loved the ambiance, courtyard & fire pits.
Good breakfast but could not get reservation for dinner regardless whether you are a guest or not. They cater a lot of non guest customers. Large room.
Bugs in the room. Small shower space combined with toilet unit.
I loved the virtual assistant feature - aka being able to text with the front desk. They were very responsive and polite. The charcuterie board we ordered was super good and worth the value, unlike many board that can often be a rip off.

I liked the location
Upon entering my blanket had brown spots on it. I asked front desk to please change it. They sent two people to change the entire bedding which they dragged on the floor and were stepping on it. Then the new bedding had yellow stain on it. Bathroom also had clogged sink. Very bad experience
