Pros (+) The location, property and staff are wonderful. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. My own bed pales in comparison.

This meant that, because the windows do not open more than 2 inches, the room did not cool down enough for a comfortable sleep until well into the early hours of the morning. Pros (+) The lake view was so beautiful and relaxing to look at from our window. We also enjoyed walking around the property and even saw 5 small deer. The food was delicious and many options for breakfast. Music in the evenings was a nice touch of elegance.
Cons (-) The pillows seemed a little hard, but that’s more personal preference rather than any fault of the hotel.
