The staff and cleanness were spot on. The breakfast was also really good.
The hotel pictures are deceiving. The hotel pools are small. The building needs a lot of TLC, and it is definitely not a 4 star "resort." I would rate more as a 3-star hotel.
Very clean resort. Nice staff. Restaurant with thai/swiss food. Variety of choice for breakfast. Possibility to take shower and change after the beach when being already checked out.

No only they do not show any care nor smile, but they also do not provide service when needed. Perfect location. Right by beach and all the current events in the area. Very kind and attentive staff.
A little pricy for what you got, but we came in high season and at last minute.
The best location possible, the staff is helpful and pleasant
The ground floor is not really on the ground, with over 10 steps to reach the room. The air conditioner broke down four times, and when it did work, it froze us—we ended up getting sick. The room had a terrible smell. There was no option to open the window because there were no screens. We will not return.
The staff were outstanding, they could not do enough for you. The rooms clean and spacious. Our group of 11 had a great time at the L.

Location is perfect, right across from beach and just a short walk to restaurants and the nightlife.

Very near to the beach - shops - restaurant - minimarts. The host very friendly. The room very big and cosy. Breakfast buffet spread just nice not too much and not too little.
The room furnitures need to change - very old. Need to climb spiral staircase no lift access. The main swimming pool at the end near to gym side has this foul smell eg. toilet feaces. Breakfast spread menu same thru out our stay.
