Pros (+) Staff extremely welcoming and friendly.Room excellent ,comfortable and well presented:decor wise.
Cons (-) Car parking and having to pay to park. Room was at the front of hotel could be noisy but not a problem to us.

Pros (+) Hotel has a really nice relaxed vibe. Very welcoming for dogs in the lounge and bar area. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Location is perfect for visiting the local area.

Pros (+) Everything was so easy / relaxed (but in a positive way). Breakfast was delicious with ample choice of cold and warm options. Staff were friendly throughout. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect.
Cons (-) Lack of long stay parking close by. However there isn’t really anything the hotel can do about that.

Pros (+) Room was v spacious and decor excellent.Bed was large and comfortable with extra thought about facilities like a fan,an iron and board,a coffee machine ,a Robert’s radio,a hair drier and even a couple of books to read in case you have forgotten to. bring one!The bathroom was huge and v modern with a large bath and a walk in shower that was easy to use!Lovely toiletries in individual bottles.Lots o...
Cons (-) The only disadvantage about our room was that it overlooked the square and we were just unlucky that the road sweeper went round the square very early in the morning and then there was traffic noise.The windows did have double glazing so ear plugs helped the second night!

Pros (+) The hotel is centrally located. The rooms were very well equipped with everything we needed as were the bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) There was no fresh orange juice at breakfast and the mix of fresh fruit could have been more varied. The service on the second morning was very slow.

Cons (-) Breakfast staff brusque I hadn’t as yet paid for breakfast and the manner that this information was presented was impolite and brusque. In the second day of my visit l was in the middle of my breakfast when a member of staff started cleaning the room including spraying the adjacent table with cleaning spray we much l found very uncomfortable and off putting.
