Cons (-) On arrival at 1,50 were looking forward to coffee and sandwiches 🥪 after our 2 hour Journey but were told no sandwiches were available, but no explanation was given as to why. On the menu it said were available till 4, 30. Very disappointed In deed. 😞 that's all I can say.

Cons (-) VERY expensive compared to The Hilton, which I expected too be much better due to the price. Once another hotel comes to Newbridge, I will look there. Bottom line, I will stay elsewhere for cheaper, commute to Newbridge

Pros (+) ambiance, nice food, friendly helpfull staff, comfy bed
Cons (-) netflix was not working, staff did everything to sort it out, but it turned out to be a technical issue out of their control so I suppose it doesn't count. Other than that, can't really fault the place 😊

Pros (+) It was clean, it was comfortable, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was superb, the shower was amazing. it was exactly what we needed after a disappointing stay at an AirBnB that we actually checked out early from in order to move to the Keendean.
Cons (-) we didn't realize the pool and leisure recreational facilities would close so early and we were disappointed that we were unable to use them.
