Pros (+) The amenity were amazing, from the restaurant on site, with a spa + a downstairs bar! The faculty was top tier, very kind and didn't let us lift a finger. Very accommodating and made our stay a 10/10!

Pros (+) Beautiful big rooms. A great bathroom and one which made sense for double sink usage etc. very comfortable bed and a good nights sleep even on NYE. Staff were welcoming and friendly.
Cons (-) It falls into the category of hotels who take from you rather than give to you with the minibar being very expensive, breakfast not being included etc. didn’t impact our stay or experience but would be more customer focussed to be included.

Pros (+) Super friendly staff! Hotel was gorgeous and very clean! Perfect location in downtown Dallas! Our king room was perfect! Great views from the 14th floor. I asked for the rose pedal package and it was done perfectly.
Cons (-) That the speakeasy bar isn’t open at all times.

Reception staff is very friendly and nice. Bar and restaurants are good but nothing extraordinary and drinks are fairly average. Rooms are not better than any good 4 star hotel (+a lot of construction mistakes and smaller damages).
