Cons (-) Huge oversight not having both a MUCH LARGER entry area and WHY DONT YOU HAVE AUTOMATIC DOORS!!!??? That’s really unfortunate for such an expensive hotel!!! Who designed that portion of the build?? And who the heck approved the plan!!?? Not good!!!

Pros (+) The property is close to everything but very quiet , the beds are all luxury the bathroom is beautiful with double bowl sinks. The room has a nice quality nespresso
Cons (-) Only down fall was the tight entry way for cars it’s almost impossible to maneuver

Pros (+) I liked everything about the property. I really liked the two ladies that served as concierges and the service and staff were incredible. I loved the lobby decor, bar, speakeasy, pool top roof and restaurant.! And the car valets were amazing!
Cons (-) Well, I accidentally left a pair of shoes in my room and they were tucked under the safe in the closet. You couldn’t really see where they were (due to space they were on the floor of the closet in the middle column underneath the safe area - against the back wall… and they were dark brown so, very easy to miss) but housekeeping and security were not very helpful in retrieving them.
