I departed too early for breakfast
Not a thing. Lovely stay at a lovely hotel
I loved the comfort, hospitality, and the breakfast was just wonderful. I enjoyed tea time 2pm to 4pm, the bed turn down. Nikki was wonderful. The chief vegetarian choice was excellent. Thanks so much for the car service to camden yard, they drop us off and pick us up. Room 14 was nice and spacious!
THE STAFF TO A PERSON WAS WARM, WELCOMING AND HUGELY INTERESTED IN OUR WELL BEING AND COMFORT. THE STRUCTURE: HOW IT IS MAINTAINED AND OPERATED IS WELCOMNG, STIMUALTING..AND WARM AT THE SAME TIME.
I'M NOT OFTERN IN BALTIMORE...SO I CAN'T VISIT IT MORE OFTEN.

It was a wonderful stay and I have recommended this venue to my friends. I had a wonderful time and look forward to another stay in the not to distant future. Incredible facility with a very professional staff.
I asked for turn down service but it could not be provided due to COVID, I would need to be out of the room for the service and this could have very easily occurred if I had known.
This property is unbelievable! 5 stars! I was hesitant at first because it is is pricey but worth every penny. You are treated like royalty- free valet- the open bar- complimentary tea service- rooms - amenities- etc. it feels like you are staying in someone’s very comfortable home! Already planning a trip for the holidays
Staff was attentive and provided excellent customer service. Food was amazing. Atmosphere was cozy yet sophisticated.

It’s amazing hotel with very attentive customer service!! It’s super new experience and definitely you need once to have it.
