Pros (+) The location is great and very charming… elevator was out, annoying but not terrible, but the room overlooked an interior atrium which was weird and the light was on all night and the shades didnt close completely. Also they didnt have TV’s you could sling shows to… so missed our favorite show.

Pros (+) The location was perfect! Right across from the theater where we saw Hamilton. The room was stunning, so clean and the finishing were high end. This is truly a luxury hotel that hits all the right marks.
Cons (-) I wish we had know that there was only valet parking. 50.00 per day is a little steep.

Pros (+) Location is excellent. Valet parking is excellent. Lobby is unique and cozy. Suite was clean. Design of suite is nice and has multiple seating options in the “living room” area that is perfect for family to gather. Room temp control works great. Very nice minibar and snacks. Cons (-) Getting things to the room after you get your luggage brought to the room was definitely subpar. I went to get ice the first time and I was told I don’t have to get ice myself and should just call out to get more.
