the location was awesome. great bar and food in the hotel and was also surrounded by great places to eat and visit
one manager was extremely rude and when confronted with my feelings about and exchange between us she doubled down to tell me how wrong I was. I did not let one manager ruin the the experience I had there with all of the other people that worked there.
The various artwork throughout the lobby for sale.

The staff were excellent! They went out of their way to be very accommodating. Rooms were very cool!
The lighting in the room only worked half of the time.
Every little detail from the folded towels into flowers and fun shapes to the welcome bag on the counter. We really felt special, staying here.
The lady who checked us in was very condescending. Her attitude was absolutely awful. She was so disrespectful I almost just took the loss and went to another hotel but I was excited about the stay. Probably my last time ever going to this hotel
The lady who worked at the desk had an awful attitude. She was extremely condescending and sarcastic. She was so disrespectful I almost just took the loss of the cost and found another hotel. This will most likely be my last experience or visit at this establishment.
did not honor my reservation and i needed to stay at another hotel at the premium price of $800
I love the property itself!
It wasn't located near a lot.
Location was easy to find. Fast Uber ride to other activities. Walking distance to the distillery. The bartenders at Branded are great. Center lounge area was comfortable and had interesting architecture. Chef’s table at Ash was fun and highly recommended.
They had a mini-bar Parking on the street was easy, and near the hotel

Thought room was a little worn compared to other stays . The bed was messy as if someone was sitting or laying on it . Only issue with this stay
