Beautiful, well appointed room in a lovely setting. The bed was very comfortable, and it had a nice desk and sitting area. Bathroom was large and well appointed with a magnifying mirror. Valet and bell service was quick, efficient, responsive, and they handled luggage with care.
Terrible communication between departments as well as with visitors - gave conflicting information and closing times that mattered to our itinerary - plus, we were badgered multiple times via phone to change both of our dining times for afternoon tea and dinner to earlier time-lots in the main dining room. Great location and views
Desk staff was inflexible and uncooperative. We tried to get an hour room extension so my wife could complete a $350 massage and were refused. They wanted to charge a $250 fee for an hour room extension. Quite rude. Pool was also not taken care of when we did an evening swim at 7pm. The dinner at Cedric's Tavern was a disappointment. Service was good but the quality/ taste of what we ordered wasn't up to the standard expected.
Location, the place has class
The breakfast offerings really disappointed me, for such a classy hotel, it was not what one would expect. Yogurt bowls, açaí bowls, nothing. Just store bought yogurt, minimum fruit. Just nothing to be excited about.
Very upscale Inn. Beautiful mountain view from room. The Inn Dining room is a little expensive but extremely good food and service. Went there for my wife's 60th Birthday and they truly made it special. Also, go to go to the Chihuly Glass Exhibit on property.
