Pros (+) The location is perfect - away from the crowds but less than 10 minutes walk to most major attractions. Monti is one of the nicest neighbourhoods. Plenty of local restaurants too. The hotel is charming and has an authentic feel with an ancient crypt behind reception where you can enjoy a welcome drink. The rooftop terrace is small but lovely and there are views of Palatine Hill. Breakfast is excel...
Cons (-) Can be noisy enough to have to close the windows at night - most likely neighbours enjoying a drink on their own terraces but it stops by midnight.

Pros (+) The welcome we received when checking in was purely exceptional! The staff are all very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel special. Our room was great and the view from the roof was fantastic! Also, it's close enough to walk to just about everything you'll want to see in Rome!
