The location & the restaurants inside the hotel are amazing.
Staff & management is pretty much alright until something happens, the complaint process includes pretty much hanging up the call on you instead of addressing it. I come here everytime I stay in Delhi but the last time is the time when there was something they needed to improve & when I called them they just hung up on me. So, definitely don't feel welcomed to go back there.
Staff were exceptional , pool area had a calm atmosphere and was not overcrowded, restaurants served varied cuisines: Indian (The Spice Route) San Geminiano Italian and other restaurants a variety of European and oriental well cooked food . Nothing to not like - a beautiful property with top notch amenities, especially the spa and pool. Included breakfast is amazing!

The cancellation of internet once checked out. If you have to hang a round for a few hours or more you have to get IT to set up new codes🤷🏼♂️
Beautiful and well maintained historical building and rooms. Very good breakfast and dining. Conveniently located. Extremely friendly staff.
Fantastic hotel and incredible service from the staff. Brilliant location 5mins walk from a metro station.
