The FoH team need to be far more friendly when welcoming new guests. An incident had occurred before we arrived that impacted our checking in. That’s not acceptable.

The hotel was very nicely designed and in a great location. It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Amina at the front desk was incredibly helpful with local places to go and things to do. Would absolutely go back!
Rooms were very nice, but very small.

The lighting in the room was very poor. I appreciate it is nice to have a certain 'ambience' but when you are getting ready to go to an event (wedding in our case), you really need to be able to see, especially to put make-up on. The location and the vibe. It was quite a trendy hotel and we liked the location and the décor. Tea and coffee in the room was welcome and the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast seemed pricey so we didn't bother and the drinks in the bar were also quite expensive. The bar closed at midnight so we couldn't get the nightcap we were hoping for. The size of the room was underwhelming.

Would have liked a coffee machine in the room. Coffee bags aren’t great.
Loved the location, vibe and room. Margaritas were excellent
The lobby/bar area was full of people with laptops working. Not buying anything. As paying guests we could not get a seat to have a drink. Don’t understand that business model
Very helpful staff, but disappointed on room size due to me on crutches
Room was very small I contacted hotel due to me being on crutches and really struggled around the room. Top of bed head very dusty

Nothing really
Firstly the location of the hotel was the reason for me choosing as I was celebrating my bday near by. I loved the room decor and the size of the room. The bed and pillows were so comfortable I had a great nights sleep. The lobby was great and an amazing vibe before I went out.
In the morning house keeping kept repeatedly trying to get into my room even after being told multiple times to come back later. They tried 4 different times and during this I had a conversation with them where they responded too me but they still continued to try the door. This all happened within an hour.
