Good and comfortable hotel located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The atmosphere is calm, and the rooms are cozy and clean.

The management was appalling. They had an event so loud your body vibrated from across the street They took no responsibility that maybe this was inappropriate for guest who wished to sleep and not drink. I asked for a refund and instead received an insulting, arrogant email, with a bold face lie that they could not refund the money. Wow

Expensive for location, restaurant didn't have great options.
Location was perfect and the hotel facilities were lovely and clean.
The staff were not very attentive, we arrived and had to wait 2 hours for our room without being offered a drink. The following morning we ordered breakfast and had to wait 45 minutes and the order hadn’t even been put through which meant we were waiting over an hour and didn’t get to eat because due to this we were running late for our tour. My son and I stayed here for our four night visit to Rome. The staff from check-in to the restaurant servers was outstanding! The entire hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Our room was excellent, clean, and very stylish. Surrounding area and neighborhood is comfortable and safe to walk and enjoy local restaurants and shops. I would stay there again.
The location is a little too far out from the main attractions in Rome to walk, but taxis are readily available and not too expensive. There is a trade-off on the location because I think the area is nicer than staying right in the middle of everything. I would definitely choose to stay there again due to that factor.

The food was delicious and the reception staff were exceptional.
The waiters/waitresses were not great. There were several times where we were waiting for the bill for ages and also where our orders were either wrong or just forgotten.
