Overall great facilities, the location was perfect for me, and the staff was very friendly.
The AC mode in the room couldn't be adjusted, likely due to a centralized system, which left me either too hot or too cold. Additionally, the view from my window was just the wall of another building, but I suppose you either get a quiet room or one with a nice view.
the room was really nice with a very comfy bed and the location is great for food spots.

The reception area was full of non residents that were using the free WiFi. It felt like a student common area, not a good hotel in London. Instead of having a drink at the bar we avoided sitting there.

You cannot open the window in the room, the wifi was terrible, bad connection and slow, the room prices have increased too much, not in balance.

The hotel has a really great vibe and the showers are just amazing.

The rooms are designed very well and the small finishing touches add a bit of class. The hotel has my favourite hotel lobby in London.
It wasn’t made very clear that room cleaning was not automatic and was by request instead.

Excellent location as there was a tube station 2 minutes away and was really easy to get to St Prancas International Station for my train ride the next morning. Great coffee shop to sit at whilst you wait to check in! I arrived at 10:30am because I had an early flight in and was able to check in by midday, which was amazing.
It's a lil pricey for a hotel that has no gym or other facilities - however I guess thats london?
