Pros (+) Personal is super friendly and helpful. Shuffle bus from kyoto station is great and thanks to that this location is also great for trips. Also we really liked private spa.

Everything is excellent here. From front desk to housekeeping to restaurant. Well appointed room with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping took pride in ensure the room is inspected after each make-up. Good breakfast with a mix of Japanese and western. Free facilities - shuttle bus, laundry and gym. Will stay again.
