Period property and slowly being refurbished. It’s all about the location.
For a premium priced hotel. Our room was woeful with a very tired bathroom. Manual shower and fed from bath taps… and old school fabric shower curtain. The internal room we had was way better, and the bathroom had been tastefully decorated.
was super beautiful view, 5 star staff quality. excellent foods. faultless service all round.
none.
The character and furnishings. The outdoor spa area was lovely
The location was stunning. The staff were very welcoming and attentive especially Mollie and Alice who served us well The food was good and a good choice of breakfast
Nothing
Went for my husbands birthday and our stay was exceptional. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel was stunning and the rooms beautiful. The spa was wonderful and the view from the terrace stunning. We have been lucky enough to travel frequently so have stayed in many different styles of hotel but we cannot fault The Headland and will definitely return.
Absolutely nothing.
Fabulous building in a great location. Friendly and attentive staff.. Great positive attitude to dog owners. Clean and well-appointed rooms. Staff all seemed proud and happy to be working in the hotel. Lovely aqua & spa facilities. First time visit, very impressed all round.
We couldn't think of anything
Breakfast was very good. They offered a variety of meals and service was generally timely
The property was absolutely stunning, we were surrounded by breathtaking views wherever we looked. I especially loved the parlour area with views over the sea. I felt like I was on a cruise ship at times
We loved the all round experience, we were visiting for my birthday and a pre baby holiday for my wife. The facilities were amazing and everyone was very friendly/helpful, we loved our holiday at the hotel and strongly recommend for any couples planning a "Babymoon".
