This is the third year that I have stayed at the guest house at Graceland for the Elvis week in January for his birthday celebration. Checked in. Went into the room and the wallpaper was peeling off the wall from the ceiling down and it looked like there was mold behind the wallpaper. Pros (+) The room was well decorated, loved the artwork! A lovely spacious bathroom. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The peanut butter sandwiches and nightly Elvis movies were a great touch!
Cons (-) Check-in service was slow. There was someone else at the desk who could have helped but she was hovering over the only person who was checking people in. More information about the facility upon check-in would have been helpful - otherwise everything else was perfect! Highly recommend staying here!

Pros (+) The hotel was gorgeous and had a great, safe atmosphere. We loved the gated parking (in a not so safe part of town). The staff was fabulous. The hotel itself was beautiful and very clean.
Cons (-) We stayed on a Monday night, so when we went downstairs to get a drink at the lounge, we were very surprised to see tons of kids running around with all the adults drinking. It took us almost 15 minutes to even order our drinks.
