Pros (+) The staff at the Gritti Palace are incredible, accomodating, friendly, polite, they remember you from last time, not like you are just a number & believe me in Venice that is not a common thing!
Cons (-) The vegetarian club sandwich fell a little short of my last one, but given this time we stayed it was the beginning of Carnivale when Venice is drowning with tourists its a little to be expected.
