Pros (+) Room was excellent, clean, spacious, spectacular view, would book again! My massage therapist, Lucy did a great job.
Cons (-) Everything was great except the dinner at the restaurant. Mains could be improved. We dined outside the next day for half the price in a Michelin restaurant.

Pros (+) Hotel was beautiful in a great location, close enough for Cheltenham and far enough away to be nice and quiet. Staff were super helpful and attentive to our needs. Special shout out to Amy who corrected my booking mistake and helped make it happen, and was always on hand to help.

Pros (+) We loved the fact that it is a small hotel. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Our rooms were large and spacious. Grounds and gardens are so pretty. Will definately go back

Pros (+) The room was spacious and nicely decorated, with fresh milk for coffee and both sparkling and still waters. Great toiletries. The restaurant was superb, both for dinner and for breakfast. The bar and common areas were inviting, as was the garden. It was nice to finish off with a sauna.
