The staff were lovely. Common areas were nicely decorated. Location was fantastic. I had stayed here before and I liked my room. This time the room was a little underwhelming and dark. I was in 512 I think. For the price I expected more.
My room was dark. No wardrobe just a wooden frame with hangers. The price for above.

Breakfast delicious, huge choice, constantly replenished. Location perfect, within easy walking distance of everything, no matter what your tastes are.

Very beautiful lobby area and staff were so friendly. Loved the little extras - chocolates, robe, staff getting to know us. We can back after some days in Belfast and had a HappyEaster platter, with macaroons, chocolates, fruit and a beautifully written card.

Breakfast was great!! Location was great!! Very clean and modern rooms.
Bed was a bit small and the comforter was loud when shifting. So, with 2 people, it was a bit difficult to sleep well.
