We stayed for three nights at The Gems Mining Pool Villa and had a fantastic experience overall. Our three-bedroom Ruby villa was beautifully decorated and came with not one, but two swimming pools—including a private one with a jacuzzi that kept us happily entertained the whole time. The place was very nice. Beautiful and very well maintained. However housekeeping need to clean rooms properly not leaving spots specially the empty tables…

Stunning hotel, wonderful staff all around, terrific spa facilities, just a WONDERFUL hotel. Only slight downside ... and it is slight, it was about 15 minute taxi into Central Pattaya but that aside, you will not find a much better hotel anywhere.

An incredibly beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, a large and fun swimming pool, and plenty of water games for kids. There's also a luxurious onsen for total relaxation. An exceptionally attentive and helpful staff (even by the high standards of Thai hospitality).
I would have appreciated a more diverse breakfast with higher quality ingredients.

The beds if they can replace it with a fixed version. Would make noise even if you rotate on it. If this thing can be done it would be one the best hotel of thailand
