Cons (-) The smell in the hallways of floor 12. It smelt like a cigarettes. Unpleasant smell, as soon as we exited our room.

Pros (+) Amazing views, the washing machine has a dedicated mode on the tv so you can view when it’s ready for collection, the room was super modern and we loved the atmosphere. Staff on reception was super friendly and helpful, taxi stop right outside property so easy to get transportation via taxi or nearby station.

Pros (+) Hotel is very clean and comfortable. We love the strategic & convenient location; walking distance to train station, Yurakucho Gado Shita, Ginza shopping areas and more. We will book this hotel in the heart beat next time we are in Tokyo.

Pros (+) Very central location, lobby and personnel extremely well organised, superior design and equipment. 5*
Cons (-) The noise cancellation of the windows is not cutting edge. Many rail tracks are very close by and when you are sensitive towards noise at 6:00 a.m. I promise you, you will wake up. 3*

Pros (+) The location is fantastic, the terrasse and lobby are great. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable and had a nice view.
Cons (-) Staff was not very attentive. To order a drink on the terrace, I had to find staff inside. Even then, the wait for the drink was 20 minutes and it arrived shortly before the bar closed. The breakfast was ok but nor great. Even less expensive places in Tokyo have better choices especially for Japanese breakfast items.
