The breakfast was very good and I enjoyed the view from the lobby.
Our corner room was spacious and had amazing views of senso-Ji temple and Tokyo skytree. The roof top bar was also lovely. Perfect location for exploring Asakusa.
It is dated. The room was looking tired and needs a refresh.
Nice clean rooms with views of the city, quite far from the centre but it was fine getting onto the underground.

Well designed hotel, excellent location, fabulous breakfast. The decor of the rooms might not be that aesthetic but the layout is practical and the bed is comfy. Really liked shower and bathtub as well. A proper coffee machine in the room was a huge plus.

Great views, good location, staff helpful with directions, room size ok, good windows opened inc in bathroom, nice to have small bathtub and baths alts.
The main course breakfast options were nice but the same every day for a 4 night stay, and all based on eggs. Some real granola or muesli would be nice. Rooftop bar is good but should have higher chairs or lower hedge to enjoy view sitting down. Small things...
Great location to walk around Asakusa & easy access to subway, great view from 13th floor lobby, and the hotel restaurant / bar and 14th floor viewing deck.
One of our rooms was not good- single room 412 had a loud mechanical hum, so loud it precluded sleep and we had to squeeze our 3rd person into the double room so he could sleep. We reported it at check out, nothing was offered or much even acknowledged. The double room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom basic but clean.
The room was big, we'd been travelling around and this was our longest stay, and I was so happy there was space to unpack my suitcase! The bar upstairs has incredible views, even if a little expensive, after a long day, sitting and looking out across Tokyo was really dreamy!
