Pros (+) Excellent location- walking distance to most attractions and great restaurants , outstanding staff- they went above an beyond helping and suggesting with every step of a visit. OK breakfast, room was very small for the price but clean and had an espresso machine, bath robe with slippers and minibar. We only slept and showered in it anyway. Pros (+) Located in the center of Florence, historical significance, updated and friendly/helpful staff. Generally comfortable.
Cons (-) Nowhere really to park for check-in and to unload car without stopping traffic. Off-site parking was a little cumbersome but it worked. No fitness center on the property and lobby is a little tight.
