Pros (+) I loved the service . Front desk checked us in early and waived the fee. Erik at the restaurant wrote down many great restaurants we could go too. His service was impeccable .
Cons (-) More light in the room. Lights were a bit harsh. Nespresso pot was broken. A dresser would be grear in the room.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly and attentive. Always accommodating. Beautiful hotel with historic ambiance. The Oval Room restaurant. Heated car park!
Cons (-) Drafty windows. Granted, it's an old building and it was -30 outside. There were two heaters in our corner room, which kept us cozy. Also not a fan of waterfall shower heads.
