Pros (+) Cool hotel in an area that is being regenerated - about 30 min walk or tram ride to city centre (walk direct, tram loops around). Room was clean and spacious, nice bathroom and good shower, staff were super helpful, rooftop bar was awesome for sitting out in early evening
Cons (-) Its a bit of a trek from city centre but we knew that - and it was possible to walk or get a tram right outside hotel

Cons (-) There was little privacy – my window view was like a big central square where people kept walking by. It triggered anxiety, and I felt like they could see through the curtains. On top of that, there was construction nearby, which added constant noise.
